Encore Floral Marketing, Inc., a family owned business based in Grand Rapids, MI has been in the floral business for over sixty years. The company originated as West Michigan Floral Supply, a floral route trucking business, that serviced many retail floral shops within the greater West Michigan area. Over the past twenty five years we have continued to evolve our focus exclusively on the grocery and mass market industry.

We source products from Colombia, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, California and Washington state. Bringing in product from locations around the globe enables us to create incredibly unique bouquets and arrangements that set us apart from our competition. Unlike our competitors, we are able to be responsive to weather situations which can cause a series of issues from poor product quality to procurement shortages resulting in missed delivery windows. Encore Floral purchases flowers from the country and climate in which each type flower originates resulting in unmatched product quality.

We pride ourselves in bringing trend driven, value added bouquets to the marketplace. Our marketing department researches and develops a unique mix of products, colors, textures and packaging based on the customers specific color scheme and palette requests to give them a high quality bouquet that sets them apart from their competitors.

Our technologically advanced production facilities located across the nation allow us to assign the production of a product based on customers location, production capacity, logistics and costs, all while keeping freshness and quality at the pinnacle of our priorities.
